Synopsis
In the "Oasis Experience" short films the desert is the designer of many mirages and the arena for an inner journey of exploration. The characters are the reflections of the human spirit, ceaselessly attempting to decipher the mysteries of their universe.

The desert scenery and actions were filmed mainly in the Judea Desert, though other desert locations are incorporated including deserts out of this world. Each short is a vivid and poetic capsule of choreographed movement in space and time exploring the mystery of life, love and success.

Spirit Sun - Take Me to the Sun
The sun as a powerful cosmic body is celebrated in a desert sun dance. Man, woman, spirit and nature are the fabric of myth.

Spirit Tree
On the cracked soil of the desert the battle for survival continues under the heat of the blazing sun. A man and a woman in search for life meet and lose one another in a desert mirage. The desert, a merciless bringer of desolation and death, claims and buries its victims. Though hope is regained and new life re-emerges…

Moon Tides
Long ago in a far away desert land, the Emperor built a temple for the Sea Priestess. Every month during the rise of the full moon she returns to invoke the sweet essence of love.

Seek and Find
A desert cave is a place of reflection for a young man observing his inner and outer world. The cave is womb-like protecting his fragile being and a space of transformation and growth. In the landscape surrounding the man the caves are like the eyes of the earth. What he seeks is what he shall find in the depths of his soul.

Hand of Destiny
A man rests besides a rock and listens to its heartbeat. In the wilderness where the pulse of the earth can be heard the trace of his hand on the rock becomes a living memory.
A woman leans against the rock, her hand softly caressing the outline left by the man's hand.

The Hand of Destiny recalls the lovers' passion; their hands join and dance in an atmosphere of water, fire and desire.

Spirit Amore
A stone hits the water and a spiral of energy awakes the Spirit of Love. A man, following the trail of a stream and the longings of his beloved, carries the flame of passion.

Chariots of the Soul
The rising sun awakes the soul and the journey begins. Man, woman, eagle, deer and the rest of nature participate in the dance of life. A young man in search for self-knowledge is following the path shaped by his destiny.
